Terms of Use - CodeTalon Academy

These Terms of Use set out the terms and conditions for use of the CodeTalon Academy Platform (“Platform”), including www.codetalon.com, mobile applications, and any services, content, or discussion forums offered on or through the Platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the Platform (referred to as “Learners,” “You,” or “Your”). By accessing or using the Platform, You agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any other policies published on the Platform (collectively referred to as the “Agreement”).

1. Access and Registration

To access content on the Platform, You may need to register by providing accurate information. Users must be at least 16 years old or have parental consent if under 18. Registration may require payment of a fee to access certain courses (“Content”).

When You register, You may access discussion forums (“Public Forum”) to exchange ideas with other learners. Participation is optional, and CodeTalon reserves the right to remove content or restrict access if Terms are violated.

2. License to Use

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and view Content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not:

• Modify, copy, or create derivative works from the Content.
• Publicly display the Content or use it commercially.
• Reverse engineer any software on the Platform.
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices.
• Transfer or mirror content on other platforms.

3. Communications and User Content

Any content you post (“Learner Content”) remains your responsibility. By submitting content, you grant CodeTalon a worldwide, royalty-free license to use and display it on the Platform.

4. Code of Conduct

• Use the Platform only for lawful purposes.
• Do not post harmful, violent, hateful, defamatory, or obscene content.
• Harassment, bullying, scams, and spam are prohibited.
• Do not impersonate other users or organizations.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access or disrupt the Platform.

5. Intellectual Property

All Content, materials, and branding on the Platform are owned by CodeTalon. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.

6. Feedback

Any feedback you provide to CodeTalon can be used freely by us worldwide, without compensation or restriction.

7. Payments and Refunds

Access to paid Content requires payment via third-party processors. Content fees are non-refundable unless stated in our Refund Policy. Batch shifting or rescheduling is not allowed.

8. Disclaimer

The Platform is provided “as is” without warranties. CodeTalon does not guarantee results, uninterrupted service, or error-free access. We are not responsible for viruses or other harmful components.

9. Limitation of Liability

CodeTalon is not liable for damages arising from use or inability to use the Platform, including loss of data or profit.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold CodeTalon harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or breach of these Terms.

11. Links to Third-Party Websites

The Platform may include links to third-party sites. CodeTalon does not endorse and is not responsible for these sites. Use at your own risk.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.

13. Miscellaneous

• CodeTalon may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform indicates acceptance.
• If any provision is invalid, remaining Terms remain in effect.
• Force majeure events relieving CodeTalon from liability are recognized.
